Permissions - The What's New one

I found myself searching for the permissions required to be able to use the What's New function (Post) in Dynamics 365. It's not as simple as one might initially think. I wanted to add it to a button on the ribbon so it could be used as a news feed.

You will need permissions on both Custom Entities and Core
